Kind of ‘met’ someone interesting at Panera today

So, I’m doing dining room, bringing dishes to the back and whatnot, when I happen to see this female. Her shirt stood out to me, but I couldn’t be sure why at first — I barely saw it. As I’m walking past, I see a bit of the back and the front, and notice… THERE’S KATAKANA ON THE BACK!

So, I put some dishes in the back of the house, and kinda walk past again to make sure, bringing more dishes to the back. I step out and as she’s walking away, happen to be able to fully see the back.

「メリッサ」

“…Melissa?”

Took me a moment (had to decide whether it was Melissa or Marisa; it was the former), and she turned around. Just told her I was reading the back of her shirt… and then that was it.

No further convo. x.x She wasn’t at all interested in the fact that I knew what her shirt said. -shrug-

Oh well.

That was my day.
