I can’t decide which “GIF vs JIF” post to reblog.

When I first saw GIF waaaay back when I first got a computer (I think around 2000), I pronounced it JIF. But then when I used it arounds friends, they pronounced it GIF, so instead of saying JIF only to tell them I’m talking about .gif’s, I just took out the middle translation and started using GIF.
